FTSE 100 – Software Solution Provider – Global Sales Transformation Programme:
The client wanted to launch ‘New ways of selling’ framework which introduces a fundemental behavioural change to the sales organisation. Alongside this behavioural change, a system change (Salesforce) was in action to match the sales framework change.
This was happening whilst completing a M&A for the client with a US based company. the two Salesforce instances were planned to merge right after go-live for the client. Our team joined the gig, working with various stakeholder groups, including (not limited to): Senior Sales Leadership, a big 4 consultancy, contractors and sales enablement to ensure successful delivery and implementation practices were put into place.
The business also was transitioning business model into SaaS, enabling subscriptions and credits for customers.
FTSE 100 – Global rental power and energy solution provider – Finance Transformation Programme:
The client need to establish a Change Management Office, to support its change management team in handling and leading change. Our consultant was brought in to coach and lead Future of Finance programme which focused on outsourcing finance departement to a vendor.
The company had already been purchased by a PE firm which wanted to restructure and digitalize the processes and platform. We worked with Global Process owners, heads of finance, a big 4 consultancy and contractors to ensure the delivery of the programme meets its deadline and is successful.
