Luxury Retailer – Network Transformation Programme – Our consultant has an experience working with top global IT providers to ensure successful implementation for replacement of Access Points, Circuits and Modems. The programme was delayed and the team was invited to accelerate and deliver. Transformation across +25 sites in EMEA. At each transformation project, multiple stakeholders were involved including: Network Engineer, UAT resource, Store Manager, Vendor Project Manager and a Security guard.

Transformations took place after store closing times and ended before opening hours. The transition was seamless and smooth for store staff and feedback received was very complimentary.
